gym

My sport is gymnastic. I began it when I was 5 years old. So it makes 10 years. I began it when I lived in Moscow. then I came in Geneva when I was 6, and I continue it here. I train about 16 hours per week. I must do more but I have Russian school so it takes me 4 hours from trainigs and my group trains also on Wednesday morning when I'm at school. I don't have a special diet but I don't eat in McDonald's every day too.
In gym we have 6 apparatus: floor, vaulting horse, rings, jump, skids and horizontal barre. My favorite is floor because I am good at it and because we can jump high. I lik lunges in others apparatus it makes the feeling of flying and I like flying.
In each apparatus we must do a exercise of 10 elements maximum. If we do more the judge will not validate it. There are a A and a B note.The A note is for the hardiest of the elements. They can be A, B, C, D, E or F. An A element gives 0,1pts and a F 0,6. So the max A note is 6. But there also structure groups; it's for exemple forward acrobatics in floor; and in each apparatus there is 5 structure groups. When we do a element of a structure group it gives 0,5pts, but it gives it only one time.
